Who makes the credit decision?
The credit decision always lies with the financial institution. We prepare your file, identify suitable institutions and conduct the negotiation.
How are fees structured?
Fees are set out in writing in the mandate agreement: usually a file-preparation fee and a success commission. All terms are disclosed before signing.
How long does the process take?
With a complete file the process usually takes 8–12 weeks. Project size and collateral structure affect timing.
Which documents are needed?
The core list is in the document checklist under Contract templates: financial statements, business plan, feasibility study, collateral documents and corporate records.
Can I access foreign financing?
Through HermessGROUP’s network in Germany we also work with European financial institutions and export credit agencies. Eligibility depends on the project and collateral.
Do you trade securities?
No. HERMESS does not operate as a securities broker or dealer; we provide advisory and intermediation services.
